the energy that moves through your hands,
your voice,
the instrument you hold,
until you become the instrument of music itself.
This 6-week journey is designed for music lovers and facilitators, those already walking the medicine music path. Whether you hold space through ceremonies, breathwork, yoga, retreats, or music teaching, this program will help you refine your craft and expand your energetic connection with music.
What You’ll Learn
Across six live weekly sessions ( Dec 3 - Jan 21)

Refining your learning process: How to study efficiently and move past technical barriers with clarity and focus.

Evoking the hidden powers of music: Practices to feel the energy that lives inside sound, and to bring that alive when you play for yourself or for others.

Energetic exercises: Ways to sense, channel, and express the emotional and spiritual essence of music.

Embodiment before expression: Learning to anchor music within yourself before offering it to others.
This journey will unfold organically, each week building upon the last, yet always adapting to the needs of the group.

Our Songs
Each of these songs is a beautiful medicine journey on its own, helping you not only expand your repertoire but also unlock new fingerpicking patterns, melodic possibilities, and rhythmic awareness.
Through a mindful approach, we’ll explore how to learn and integrate each song deeply, beyond chords and lyrics, developing a way of practicing that feels confident, grounded, and connected.
This is not just about learning songs, but about learning how to learn songs:
how to listen, feel, and internalize music as a tool for emotional awareness, embodiment, and creative expression.

Professor, researcher, and tradition-bearer from Aldeia Chico Curumim on the Rio Jordão (Acre). Trained from childhood by his father Romão Sales Tui and grandfather Chico Curumim Tene, Ibã has dedicated his life to learning, classifying, recording, and teaching Huni Meka chants and their ceremonial contexts. I’ve been teaching music for over 15 years, and in recent years, I’ve dedicated my work to medicine songs, songs sung in ceremonies, wellness retreats, and healing gatherings around the world.
